Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry smoothies are delicious, easy to make and low in calories.

Ingredients for two servings
  • 200 g liquid, low-fat yoghurt
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 300 g strawberries
  • 50 ml low-fat milk
Preparation

Wash and drain the strawberries. Then trim them and chop finely. Spread onto a tray and freeze them in the deep-freeze.

Put the strawberries and lime juice into a tall container and puree finely or blend in a blender.

Mix the yoghurt and milk until creamy and stir in the fruit puree. Pour into two glasses. Garnish with strawberries and lime wedges if desired.
