Berry Smoothie

Creamy, sweet, fruity and soooo healthy.

  • 750 ml soy milk (with vanilla flavour)
  • 300 g berries (frozen, e.g. blueberries, blackberries, blackcurrants, raspberries)
  • 1 banana (fully ripe)
Preparation

For the berry smoothie, blend the frozen berries and the banana into a puree with a hand-blender. Add the soy milk.

Divide the berry smoothie into glasses and serve. Enjoy your thick, creamy shake.
