A vegetable smoothie is delicious at breakfast time or as a snack in between meals. This healthy drink harmonises the body
100 gr lettuce leaves (green)
200 gr broccoli (fresh)
1 pinch parsley (fresh, leaves)
50 ml water (non-sparkling, to fill up)
Wash the lettuce leaves, take the heads off the broccoli stems and wash them, and wash the parsley. Put all the ingredients into the blender, add water, and blend. Pour into a glass and top up with water. Serve immediately.
