"Talking makes people come together", as they say here in Tyrol. And that is exactly what the Achleitners have in common with their customers. They take time for comprehensive and knowledgeable advice - not only on the subject of Tyrolean home cooking. Even though this seems almost inexhaustible.
There are many good things to tell about all the different dumplings, doughnuts and soups. About the handmade pasta, pestos, vegan dishes, fruity Ursäfte to the excellent bacon, precious oils and vinegars, wines, coffee and delicious sweets. Only what has been tasted and found to be particularly good and valuable is sold.
The best of the best, down-to-earth and also organic vegan.
