For many years, Fisch Peer at the Markthalle Innsbruck has stood for freshness, quality, and a wide selection of fish and seafood. In addition to the sale of freshly caught fish, smoked specialties, and delicacies, guests can enjoy freshly prepared dishes every day at the adjoining restaurant “Marktschiff.”
As of September 1, Liana Valieva from Georgia will take over the location as a franchise partner. Together with her family, she will continue to run the business with the same trusted quality. Liana is a trained chef, brings international experience, and will add a subtle Georgian touch to the menu – without changing the beloved classics.
Fisch Peer will thus remain the go-to place in Innsbruck for anyone who values fresh fish, seafood, and culinary specialties of the highest standard.
