For more than 30 years, the Bochhof vom Weerberg in the market hall has stood for direct agricultural marketing. The family business offers meat and smoked products from its own production. Butter, milk and gray cheese are produced on the farm from hay milk. The eggs come from barn-raised hens. The schnapps is still distilled by the Sponring family according to old tradition.

Species-appropriate animal husbandry, gentle slaughtering and processing by our master butcher guarantee high quality products.
