Verena and Christian Ölhafen are vegetable farmers with passion. For generations, seasonal vegetables have been grown at the Ochsnerhof in Arzl near Innsbruck and harvested fresh daily. Over 60 different types of vegetables, salads, sauerkraut and beet are grown and harvested fresh every day. The Ölhafens are globetrotters and always bring back inspiration from other countries. For example, they grow volcanic asparagus (puntarelle), sweet potato, the bean edamame and other exotics.
At the sales booth in the market hall, they give tips and tricks on the different ways to prepare the food and how to store it properly.
