Pompilz – Fresh Gourmet Mushrooms from Innsbruck
Pompilz cultivates high-quality gourmet mushrooms grown directly in Innsbruck. In a modern urban indoor farm on Valiergasse, king oyster mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, lion’s mane, nameko, and other special varieties are cultivated. Climate-friendly, resource-efficient, and completely independent of the seasons.
All mushrooms are harvested fresh every day. With no long transport routes and no intermediate storage, they go almost directly from the farm to the stall at the market hall. This ensures they retain their full flavor, firm texture, and exceptional quality—qualities also appreciated by many of Tyrol’s top chefs.
Behind Pompilz is a young team from Innsbruck, dedicated with great passion to cultivating extraordinary mushroom varieties. The result is premium mushrooms that not only impress with their taste, but also stand for a new form of regional, urban agriculture.
